About the city
Rosà is a town in the province of Vicenza, in the Veneto, located in the plain east of Bassano del Grappa, in the north of the province, near the pre-Alpine foothills. With just over 12,000 inhabitants, it is a municipality of the prosperous Vicenza plain, of agricultural and industrial tradition. Its plain setting favours cycling and outdoor activities. Rosà was recognised by ACES Europe as European Town of Sport 2011, a title reserved for municipalities of fewer than 25,000 inhabitants, which places it within the broad Italian representation of the ACES network.
