Women’s exercise classes in Dióskál every Sunday. Let’s get moving together—for ourselves, for our health, and for each other! Every Sunday at 4:00 p.m., we hold a gymnastics class at Virág Benedek Community Center. If you want to do something for your health, for yourself, to get in shape, or just to have a good time in cheerful company, come and get moving with us!!!
