4. Awareness of and adherence to these Regulations.

All persons who form part of the Evaluation Committees of the municipalities submitting their candidacy for any of the awards granted by ACES America must have explicit and formally declared knowledge of these Regulations.

Adherence to these Regulations shall entail compliance with all the sections included herein, and awareness of them shall be recorded by each member of the evaluation team by signing the form included in Appendix III of this document, concerning compliance with the evaluator's code of ethics and the declaration of absence of conflict of interest, respectively.
